We all need to take care of our mental health but why is it so expensive?? Mental Health support is a basic right that should be free for all! The "How Are You Feeling Today" Project aims to spread free mental health for all the people in need of support without having to pay a single cent.
Licensed professionals are a luxury. We focus on the concept of "People Helping People" where human beings with similar situations or problems can chat, share, exchange and motivate each other. You dont have to struggle in silence, share your journey with someone who is in a similar situation. This is HAYFT, a community. The platform is fully anonymous and secure. As of right now, it is a safe space where humans can vent, share and seek mental health, offer help or even just chat and meet new people. HAYFT will keep growing and expanding to cover all aspects of mental health aid for FREE.
We know how difficult it can be to open up to friends or families due to fear of judgement. HAYFT is a first step. Sign up in the app, create an avatar and start matching with people based on the topics you choose. It is fully anonymous and the algorithm will make sure to match you with the ideal stranger. Some features in this version:
* Fully anonymous and easy sign up
* Customized and personalized avatars
* Smooth interface
* Over 50+ topics to choose from
* Safe space to vent, get something off your chest or seek free support
* Community of like-minded people
* A report button to eliminate all users who disturb the peace of the platform
If you think of any improvements or changes to the application or if you spot any bugs or issues, please contact us and we will do our best to improve it. The app is still in its first phase and is fully funded by college students. We do not have the funds to create a complete app from the start but hopefully with all your help we can grow this safe space into a self improvement platform with many features all offered for free. This is only the beginning.
